Most Daniel Avakian garments are created through a made-to-order or limited-run model. This ensures a higher level of craftsmanship, reduced waste, and a product that feels intentional not mass produced.

What is the difference between in-stock and made-to-order?

In-stock pieces are ready to ship immediately. Made-to-order garments are produced specifically for you once your order is placed, allowing for a more refined and considered outcome.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is confirmed, it enters production. As such, changes or cancellations are not possible.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed size guide. If needed, our team can assist in selecting the correct fit.

Do you offer tailoring?

Select garments may be eligible for tailoring. Private consultations are available upon request.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock pieces are delivered within 7 business days. Made-to-order garments are delivered within 16 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Complimentary shipping is available within Australia for orders over $150.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking details are sent once your order is dispatched.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our production model, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
